In Retirement

These beauties have had a hard working life, I have taken them in, they haven't been tested to see if they are in working order. I just got them as I like them.

New to the collection a well worn table hiding such a beauty




Ornate and shiney, how could I resist,

and look at all these extra goodies, feet and even needles in orginal packaging and box.
She is dated 9 October 1935, from Clydebank, Scotland.




This babe I have traced to Kilbowie, Clydebank Scotland. model no 201K, Quanity allotted- 40000, dated September 10 1952.

I have also just got this which I am still researching,

I have so far discovered it is a Japanese make. However manufacture did start in Abingdon, Oxfordshire in 1978. Orignally purchased in 1981 for £159.00 wow. 

Singer 438 - so far unable to trace date of manufacture, the placement of the model number indicates it is somewhere between 1960-1970.
